Cancellation Policy

We are committed to a safe, professional training environment. 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required in advance. 2. Cancellations 72 hours’ notice required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. 3. Refunds All sales are final. Credits may be issued at DeepDive LLC’s discretion. 4. Waiver & Forms A signed liability waiver and pre-participation form are required before participation. 5. Health & Safety Participants must be fit to train and disclose any conditions. Sessions may be modified or stopped for safety. 6. Conduct Respectful behavior is required. Removal without refund may occur. Service may be refused. 7. Attendance Sessions run as scheduled. No extra time for late arrivals. 8. Media Training media may be used unless a written opt-out is submitted. 9. Facility & External Factors Facility rules must be followed. Schedule changes may occur due to factors beyond control; no refunds issued. 10. Agreement Participation confirms acceptance of these policies and agreement to complete all required forms.
