Policies

We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and high-performance training environment. The following policies are in place to ensure clarity, consistency, and the best experience for all athletes and families.

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions, clinics, and programs must be paid in full prior to participation in order to secure a spot. Payment confirms your booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made within 72 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full. This policy is strictly enforced to respect scheduled time and facility coordination.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or unused packages.

In limited circumstances, credits or transfers may be granted at the sole discretion of DeepDive LLC.

4. Liability Waiver

Participation in diving and athletic training involves inherent risk. All athletes (or a parent/guardian for minors) must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any session. Failure to complete required forms will result in inability to participate.

5. Health & Safety

Athletes must be physically and mentally able to participate safely in training. Any injuries, medical conditions, or other relevant concerns must be disclosed prior to participation.

DeepDive LLC reserves the right to modify or stop training at any time if safety is a concern.

6. Code of Conduct

All athletes and parents are expected to demonstrate respect, professionalism, and sportsmanship at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from sessions without refund. DeepDive Coaching reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

7. Punctuality & Attendance

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Athletes are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals will not receive extended session time.

8. Communication

DeepDive LLC aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Communication should be conducted respectfully and through designated channels.

9. Media Release

Photos and videos taken during training may be used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.Participants may opt out by submitting a written request.

10. Facility Use

All athletes must follow the rules and guidelines of the training facility at all times. DeepDive LLC is not responsible for facility closures, scheduling changes, or restrictions beyond its control.

11. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of weather issues, facility closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside of our control.

12. Agreement to Policies

By booking and participating in any DeepDive Coaching service, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above and complete the waiver and pre-participation form
